Nestled in the heart of Puglia's Valle d'Itria, I Pàstini is dedicated to reviving and celebrating indigenous grape varieties. With a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, they cultivate their vineyards with strict environmental respect, hand-harvesting grapes to craft wines that embody the region's rich heritage and terroir. ​ Rich, robust, and deeply evocative. This Puglian blend of 60% Susumaniello and 40% Primitivo offers layers of blackberry compote, black cherry, and plum are lifted by notes of cinnamon, liquorice, and cracked pepper. A touch of balsamic richness adds depth, while firm tannins and a whisper of cedar from oak ageing lead to a savoury, warming finish. Southern Italian soul in a glass.
